Do you struggle with running various SQL statements and pasting the data into existing MS Excel financial models as part of your daily workload? If your answer is yes, then join me in this demonstration. I will go over how to use SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to massage, manipulate, and send the data into your MS Excel models with the proper data types. I will demonstrate how to use the SSIS Script Task and VB.NET programming to automate the transfer of data from SQL Server databases to MS Excel financial models.
